Alright, I don't know about you guys, but I honestly cannot sit in a cold metal chair for 90 minutes talking about essays. That is why I think we should have our discussions on the floor. Just think about the possibilities that await us! We could sit in a circle, a square, or even a triangle!!! Laying on the floor would make me much more modest and comfortable. (I just used five words that start with M in a row!)
If we laid on the floor, my mind would no longer be focused on getting comfortable. It would be focused on the discussion! It's basically a win-win for everyone. Oh, and while sitting on the floor, eat PUPPY CHOW!

Not gonna lie, I'm pretty sure you have the best ideas for our class. I'm all for bringing in pillows and snacks and having discussions on the floor. Mr. Kunkle--get on this ASAP.

I love this idea! It reminds me of when Mr. Brehm tried to get couches for his classroom instead of really uncomfortable desks that make you feel like your in JAIL. But the school board (or something?) shot him down :( It's sad, but sitting on the floor I believe is a much more reasonable/do-able proposition! :)
ReplyDeleteI loved the alliteration. It would be a lot more comfortable to sleep on the floor than on my desk so I support your idea! Also, you should start up a snack day every friday (and maybe monday too to help us get through the week?)
